Good afternoon everyone,

Please see the attached tourney info for this weekend.

We are Team 4 in Pool A. We will be on court one in the main gym at Walla Walla HS. The address is 800 Abbott Road. Please use the side door that enters the gym, not the main school entrance.

For those of you who are familiar with club the first question parents have is about food & drink. They ARE allowing us to have food & drink in the bleachers, but please have lids & keep the bleachers clean. Please make sure to plan food for your daughters as we do not have breaks and the girls cannot leave once we begin.

We are scheduled to play in game #2, but I would like the girls to be ready to watch the first match as a team, scouting teams. Please have the girls to the gym by no later than 745, just in case the schedule changes and we have to ref or play in game one. That has happened in the past. The girls received a text about the team gear yesterday. I should have spandex with me for them, but jackets are not coming until next week, darn it. Please have them wear black spandex just in case.

I am looking forward to our first tournament. I hope you are as well!

Your final payment for club is due 2/3/19. Please make arrangements to get it to your coach or the club director by the due date.

The final payment needs to be taken care of by then or players will not be permitted to play in their next scheduled tournament. Please email the club if you do not remember your remaining balance or have concerns about getting the payment taken care of by the due date.
