Good morning everyone! Sorry it took me awhile to get everything uploaded and updated, was having issues with the website. Now, all of the documents OTHER than your membership are uploaded and under the documents tab.

12’s & 14’s- 2:00-3:30 pm
16’s & 18’s – 4:00-5:30 pm

REMINDER- you must bring all paperwork as well as a copy of your tryout membership.

November 11th, 2021 at 6 pm there will be a virtual informational meeting about club.

Club Mission Statement
The foundation of this club is to develop athletes as individuals in their knowledge of the sport and their skills. We strive to create athletes that thrive because they are athletically well rounded in the sport and as well as mentally developed allowing them to be successful in team situations. Eastern Oregon VBC strives to provide an opportunity to learn not only about volleyball, but also other skills that are applicable in life such as teamwork, responsibility and integrity .Eastern Oregon Volleyball club acknowledges the value of other school sports during the winter and spring seasons and wants to provide a schedule that allows girls to participate in these sports, while still maintaining their passion for volleyball. The club seeks to fulfill the desire of these young women to advance their volleyball skills in a challenging venue, yet still be affordable for the family.

U12’s and U14’s Tryouts: Sunday, November 24th from 3:30 to 5:00 pm LMS Main Gym access the gym on the K Ave door
U16’s and U18’s Tryouts: Sunday, November 24th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm LMS Main Gym access the gym on the K Ave door

First Practice: Sundays- Potentially starting December 1st, Locations and Times are TBA. We will post them on the website once they are determined by EOVBC staff.

A schedule of tournament dates for each team will be posted on the club website after December 8th. Tournaments are on a lottery system and will not be determined before this time.

1. Membership Options on-line only:
Membership Deposit: $15.00 (5 days of tryouts, expires 12/15/19)
Regular Junior Girls: $60.00 for one year
You can only register on-line
New Junior Member or Renewing Junior Member (instructions are on the club and CEVA website)

You must provide a copy of your printed membership card at tryouts (no exceptions)
2. $10.00 club tryout fee cash or a check made out to EOVBC are the only acceptable forms of payment.
3. Medical Release form (form on the club and CEVA websites)
4. Concussion Management Form (forms are on the club and CEVA websites)

Season Fee’s:
$400.00 Includes team gear, team registration and approximately four tournaments.
$500.00 Includes team gear, team registration and 5 tournaments
$550.00 Includes team gear, team registration and 6 tournaments
If tournaments are cancelled by teams due to weather a refund will not be issued

****This fee does not include the individual tryout fee, membership registration or travel costs*****

AAU cards are required for the EOVBC players if we decide to attend an AAU tournament. Before registering for another AAU volleyball club check with your coach to determine if we will attend any AAU tournaments.

DCV Whitepine U-16’s
Match Madness Tournament
Saturday, March 17th – St. Patty’s Day
Playing Site: Deary High School
Address: 502 1st Avenue, Deary, ID, 83823
Start Time: 8:00 am – doors open @ 7:00 am
Coaches’ Meeting: 7:30 am
U16 Format: There are 2 pools of 4 teams. The 1st and 2nd place
teams from each pool will advance to the championship bracket with the 3rd and 4th place
teams entering the consolation bracket.
Pool Play: Pool Play warm-ups will begin directly after the coaches’ meeting. Play will
begin by 8:00 a.m, officiating team please get the coin toss going immediately after coaches meeting. The warm-ups for the first two rounds will be 5/5 and 3/3 thereafter.
Serving must be done during this time. Please, start the next warm-ups RIGHT AFTER
the previous match concludes.
Bracket Play: Will start after pool play has finished. As pool play results are compiled, we will enter into a single elimination bracket.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the 1st place and 2nd place team in the Championship bracket and 1st place team in the Consolation bracket. We will have posters for the teams to hold when getting their pictures taken too! Remember its St. Patty’s weekend, wear green!
Rosters: Bring one of your own accurate and updated rosters.
Officiating: Losing teams plan to stay and ref. Coaches will need to be R1.
- We will have Coffee and Treats in the morning, and Papa Murphy’s Pizza and Bottled Water around lunch for sale! We will also have t-shirts for sale in the foyer!
- All proceeds will go to the Deary Club Volleyball Program. Thank you!
• Food can be brought into the facility, but no food is allowed in the gym and coolers must remain in the team area. Please clean up your messes! Tables are OK in the designated food areas. We will have signs in the halls for each of the team camps.
• Please make sure to find the tournament director before you leave so we can assure
that reffing assignments are covered and your area is clean and that you haven’t
forgotten anything!
• NO GUM on courts! WATER ONLY (no food/other drinks) IS ALLOWED ON THE
water and are sticky when spilled. Only water is allowed in the gym.
• No pets are allowed in the facility.
• Please supervise all children. No volleying or bouncing the volleyballs in the hallways of the school.
